Telkomsel Safora (Sales Force Automation) is a web-based application that aims to help Account Managers in the process of selling. The sales plan is saved as a data lead and active opportunity. Account Manager can monitor the sales plan progress that showed in sales stage table and manage the quotation that integrated with CPQ.
The primary user of Safora is Account Manager that handle the sales plan and the sales project.
The Safora web application is built using Node JS for back-end system and React JS for front-end system.
